Sky Beach Club Visit Rules

1. These Rules for visiting Sky Beach Club (hereinafter — the Rules) have been developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine the procedure for visitors to be on the premises, as well as the procedure for the provision of services at Sky Beach Club.

2. Sky Beach Club operating hours:
— in summer — daily from 10:00 to 21:00, without days off and breaks;
— in winter — daily from 10:00 to 21:00, without days off and breaks.

3. The Sky Beach Club administration has the right to unilaterally change the operating hours. Notification is provided by posting information on the official Sky Beach Club page on the Internet or at the Sky Beach Club ticket office.

4. Sky Beach Club may be closed for preventive maintenance. Notification is provided by posting information on the official Sky Beach Club page on the Internet or at the Sky Beach Club ticket office.

5. Visits to Sky Beach Club are possible only during the established hours in accordance with its operating schedule.

6. The Visitor obtains the right to use the services provided at Sky Beach Club only after paying for admission and completing and signing the questionnaire, the form of which is specified in Appendix No. 6 to the Public Agreement.

7. A visitor under 18 years of age is admitted to Sky Beach Club only when accompanied by a visitor of at least 18 years of age (legal representative or other accompanying person responsible for them), who must explain the Rules to the minor in advance. Throughout the visit, the minor must remain under the constant supervision of the accompanying adult.

8. The Sky Beach Club administration reserves the right to unilaterally restrict a visitor's right to receive certain services in order to ensure safety.

9. Sky Beach Club visitors are obliged to:
9.1. observe and comply with these Rules, other internal acts in force at Sky Beach Club, and current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
9.2. for safety reasons, unconditionally follow the requirements and requests of the administration;
9.3. treat Sky Beach Club property with care;
9.4. immediately contact the administration or first-aid station if feeling unwell;
9.5. leave the premises within 10 (ten) minutes after Sky Beach Club closes;
9.6. in case of an emergency (fire, accident, threat of a terrorist act), leave Sky Beach Club without panic, put on clothes and shoes as quickly as possible, and leave the building using the main and emergency exits while following the administration's instructions.

10. The following is strictly prohibited at Sky Beach Club:
10.1. leaving a visitor under 18 years of age without the supervision of an accompanying adult;
10.2. eating outside specially designated areas (on loungers, sand, in water, etc.) and without complying with the established regime (table rental);
10.3. bringing in alcoholic beverages, perishable food, food with a strong smell (fish, crayfish, etc.), food that may heavily soil the premises or disturb others (watermelon, melon, seeds, chips, etc.), or glass containers;
10.4. being in a state of alcoholic, narcotic, or toxic intoxication and/or chewing gum;
10.5. smoking or otherwise consuming tobacco products, including hookahs, e-cigarettes, and tobacco-heating systems (IQOS, glo, etc.);
10.6. using plastic or glass objects;
10.7. spraying aerosol liquids;
10.8. using creams, scrubs, oils, detergents, other cosmetic or aromatic products, honey, salt, etc.;
10.9. spitting on the floor or relieving oneself;
10.10. bringing in and/or using firearms, gas weapons, sharp-piercing or other weapons, explosive, flammable, toxic, or strong-smelling substances;
10.11. distributing advertising or other products, conducting business or commercial activity, or commercial photo and video recording without the prior written consent of the administration;
10.12. holding any kind of gatherings (children's matinees, performances, etc.) without the administration's consent;
10.13. visiting service areas without the administration's consent;
10.14. being present with animals;
10.15. opening electrical cabinet and panel doors, using utility power outlets;
10.16. other actions contrary to these Rules.

11. If a visitor violates the rights of other visitors or the requirements of these Rules, the Sauna Rules, the Main Pool Rules, the Children's Pool Rules, or the Children's Water Slides Rules, the Sky Beach Club administration may restrict that visitor's presence at Sky Beach Club.

12. In the event of damage to and/or destruction of Sky Beach Club property as a result of a Visitor's actions, the Visitor, after a violation report is drawn up, is required to fully compensate for the damage and pay a fine of 20,000 (twenty thousand) tenge. The report is signed by the Visitor and the Sky Beach Club Administration. If the Visitor refuses to sign, a corresponding note is made on the report. If the Visitor refuses to pay compensation and the fine, the administration may seek legal redress in court.

13. The Sky Beach Club administration is not responsible for the safekeeping of Visitors' belongings. If personal items are lost, Visitors must notify the administration, fill out a card with their personal and contact details, and leave a full list and detailed description of the lost items. If the items are found, the administration undertakes to contact the Visitor using the contact details provided.

14. Sky Beach Club visitors must maintain cleanliness and public order, follow generally accepted standards of behavior, treat other visitors with respect, and refrain from actions that pose a danger to those around them.

15. Sky Beach Club visitors are allowed to bring their own food in containers and/or drinks. Consuming the brought-in food is permitted only in specially designated areas and in compliance with the established regime (table rental). The cost and duration of the table rental are determined by the Operator.

16. Sky Beach Club visitors must take into account the high temperature regime at Sky Beach Club, which may affect the quality of brought-in food and/or drinks, as well as the risk of food poisoning from consuming them. Visitors bear sole responsibility for any adverse consequences resulting from the consumption of their own food and/or drinks and have no right to make claims against the Operator.

17. The Sky Beach Club administration has the right to unilaterally amend these Rules when necessary.

18. In order to ensure the safety of visitors and the preservation of property, video surveillance is conducted on the premises of Sky Beach Club. The Visitor consents to it when paying for the Services.

19. In all other matters not covered by these Rules, the parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
